Responsibilities

• As a Merchandise Associate, you will be responsible for exercising control over the flow of merchandise and supporting the shopping experience through processing and organizing merchandise on delivery.
• Deliver an exceptional shopping experience that fosters strong customer relationships and long-term loyalty
• Ensure that the transfer, receipt and dispatch of goods are done according to company procedures
• Assist the team in performing tasks related to visual presentation
• Execute visual set-ups/changes, visual presentation standards and housekeeping duties as directed
• Display knowledge of fashion, visual presentation, merchandise flow and sell-through
• Direct customer service matters to management and provide feedback

Qualifications

• Previous merchandise, sales or customer service experience is an asset
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder and to move, lift and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store in a safe manner
• Availability includes evenings and weekends
