Are you passionate about the aesthetics of our stores? Do you love working with and organizing the product to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our customers? Then this role is for you!

As a Merchandise Associate, you will report to the Store Manager and be responsible for controlling the flow of merchandise. Your key focus is to support the shopping experience through processing and organizing merchandise upon delivery.

A day in the life (What you will do):

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages positive customer connections and loyalty;
• Ensure that the transfer, receipt, and dispatch of goods are done according to company procedures;
• Assist the team in performing tasks related to visual presentation.

Qualifications

Who you are (What you will bring):

• Previous merchandise, sales, or customer service experience is an asset;
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while creating an exceptional customer experience;
• Ability to stand for extended periods, climb a ladder, and move, lift, and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures safely throughout the store;
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
