La Vie en Rose is seeking a dedicated full-time team member in Canada to receive and check merchandise, maintain inventory, and provide outstanding customer service in-store. You will help keep the backroom organized and assist with daily store operations to support a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and check merchandise and ensure accuracy of shipments.
• Label merchandise with correct prices and correct any errors.
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or distribution centre.
• Restock shelves and maintain a clean backstore.
• Provide excellent customer service and answer inquiries.
• Follow head office policies and procedures, with guidance when needed.
• Perform other duties to support the team as required.

Under the supervision of the store management team, you will be responsible for receiving and checking merchandise, as well as keeping the backstore well organized. In order to perform well

In Your Role, You Will Need To

• Make sure merchandise receipts and shipment orders are properly organized and accounted for while identifying any potential errors;
• Ensure all merchandise is labelled with the right price and correct if necessary;
• Prepare products for transfer to other stores or to the distribution centre as quickly as possible;
• Place products on the sales floor efficiently;
• Maintain a clean and organized backstore;
• Provide excellent customer service;
• Respect and apply the policies and procedure of the various head office departments (don’t worry, we’ll explain everything to you!);
• Perform other duties where needed to support the team.
