This position is based in Toronto, Canada, and follows a hybrid work model requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Role Overview

The Toronto Health Office Practice Leader (OPL) will oversee the Canadian health business in Toronto, managing budgeting, staffing, strategy, and focusing on revenue and sales growth, as well as colleague engagement.

Responsibilities
  1. Define and implement long-term business strategy aligned with global and regional goals to ensure financial success.
  2. Manage client revenue by maintaining profitable relationships.
  3. Develop and sustain market contacts with financial and HR executives, C-suite leaders, and community stakeholders.
  4. Lead client engagements, directing project teams to develop strategic solutions.
  5. Provide leadership and foster engagement through regular communication.
  6. Hire, develop, and evaluate team members, providing performance feedback and growth opportunities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 15-20 years of experience in the benefits sector with a proven track record in revenue generation and team management.
  • Strong sales and communication skills, with marketing experience.
