Mercato | Cantina di Luigi is looking for a Counter Server/Barista

We're seeking a Counter Server/Barista to join the team! Our newest location features an Italian market, deli, and café by day, transforming into a full-service restaurant by night (Cantina di Luigi, inspired by our very own Ask for Luigi), celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine with a focus on simplicity, fresh local ingredients, and a curated wine list. If you're passionate about hospitality, we want to hear from you!

What we expect from you:

1. 1+ year experience of Counter Server/Barista experience
2. Experience with Italian café culture an asset
3. Ability to professionally communicate, prepare and serve our menu offerings
4. Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment
5. Provide a friendly guest experience
6. You are organized, proactive, motivated, and always contributing to team performance
7. Conduct all appropriate cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting of the equipment as and when needed.
8. Experience with Auphan POS an asset
