Job summary

Lifemark Health Group in Fort McMurray, AB is seeking a Mental Health Therapist, Vocational (RSW, MSW) to support individuals navigating complex community health and social services. The role focuses on addressing long-standing needs such as mental illness, housing instability, and related biopsychosocial factors.

You will perform social work assessments, utilize a cognitive-behavioral approach, deliver group psychoeducational services, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to advance

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Social Work.
• Registration with a provincial College of Social Workers as an autonomous practitioner in good standing.
• Experience working as part of a multi/interdisciplinary team.
• Experience writing clear and concise assessment, progress and discharge reports.

The Social Worker will help the Job Seeker navigate community health and social services that can further address long-standing needs such as mental illness, addiction treatment, housing instability, food insecurity, and other biopsychosocial factors.
