A regional health facility in Northwestern Ontario is seeking a Mental Health Therapist/Social Worker II to provide crisis assessment and case management for clients aged 12-24. The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree, has experience in individual and group counselling, and demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Manager, Mental Health and Addictions, the Mental Health Therapist/Social Worker II is responsible for providing crisis assessment intervention, case management as well as mental health and addictions assessments for clients primarily ages 12-24 while adhering to standards of practice as per the respective College.
