Stepping Forward Services Ltd. is a small and friendly business currently seeking a new part-time team member!

Role Description

This is a contract position for a Mental Health Therapist, Psychologist, Social Worker, or Provisional Psychologist.

Your responsibilities will include welcoming patients, conducting one-on-one therapy sessions, and writing detailed session notes. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in Red Deer, AB, with some online sessions available based on patient preferences.

Caseload of 3 to 8 clients per week, with a flexible schedule.

Role Benefits

Stepping Forward Services provides a client caseload, handles all administrative tasks, offers a modern office space, and provides weekly team support and supervision.

Pay per session ranges from $90 to $130.

Qualifications

• Experience in Treatment Planning
• Preference for skills in CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, or Art Therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
• Relevant certification or licensure
• Valid professional insurance
