Services SFT in James Bay, Quebec is seeking a dedicated Mental Health Social Worker to join the health network on a full-time, day-evening-night shift. You will assess psychosocial needs, intervene with clients in difficulty, and develop individualized plans. The mandate runs from now until Feb 6, 2026, with full-time availability required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or social service.
• Recent and relevant experience in the sector.
• OTSTCFQ membership in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assess the psychosocial situation of users and their families.
• Intervening with clients in difficulty (mental health, addiction, youth, elderly).
• Develop and implement individualized intervention plans.
