Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) invites applications for a Registered Nurse in Central Relief Team - Mental Health at Victoria General Hospital in Winnipeg. You will deliver professional nursing care to patients, including those with complex health needs, and collaborate with the care team to ensure smooth discharge planning.

The role requires registration with CRPNM or CRNM, CPR training, and knowledge of PHIA and Mental Health Act.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Registered Psychiatric Nursing or Registered Nursing program.
• Active registration with CRPNM or CRNM.
• Post-basic program may be required.
• CPR training per employer policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional registered nursing services for patients, incl. complex needs.
• Lead within the healthcare team and coordinate patient care.
• Assist with discharge planning and care coordination.
