Mental/Behavioral Health Technician (MHT/BHT) - Behavioral Health

Full-time Days: 7am-7pm

Position Details

What you will do in this role:

  • Support the therapeutic milieu under the direction of the RN.
  • Supervise and maintain patient safety.
  • Ensure that the schedule/program is delivered consistently.
  • Safeguard the dignity and respect of our patients and guests.
Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • High School diploma.
  • CPR and CPI Certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Experience working in an inpatient psychiatric or healthcare facility preferred.
  • Previous direct patient care experience with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric and geriatric patients preferred.

Salary Range: $19 - $24 per hour. We would expect those hired into this job would be paid within this hourly rate; however, certain circumstances may allow us to pay outside of this hourly rate.
