Moores Clothing for Men, a division of Tailored Brands, is seeking a retail store tailor-alterations associate. You will greet customers, advise on alterations, and expertly mark, alter, and press garments to achieve a perfect fit.

Qualifications

• Formal tailoring training preferred.
• Experience as a menswear tailor preferred.
• Good technical skill.
• Sound knowledge of sewing equipment.
• Strong communication skills.
• Team attitude and enthusiasm.
• Proficiency in alterations of men's tailored clothing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the selling process by greeting and responding to customers and special requests.
• Mark, alter, and press garments to ensure proper fit and appearance.
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the experience.
• Maintain an open dialogue with management and team members.
• Help keep the tailor shop clean and organized and ensure proper sizing.
• Offer wardrobe ensemble suggestions to customers.
• Support colleagues across shifts and store operations.
