Are you passionate about menswear and delivering exceptional client experiences? We're looking for a sharp, motivated Sales Associate to join our team at our flagship location in First Canadian Place.

What You’ll Do :

• Provide a tailored, personalized shopping experience for clients.
• Take accurate Made-to-Measure (MTM) measurements and guide clients through the custom ordering process.
• Offer expert styling advice to help customers look and feel their best.
• Maintain excellent client relationships, both in-store and through follow-ups.
• Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless in-store experience.
• Assist with product inventory, merchandising, and upkeep of the store environment.
• Contribute to social media content and campaigns to promote new arrivals, style tips, and events.
• Bonus: Ability to assist our head tailor with alterations during non-peak hours is a highly strong asset.

You Bring :

• Experience in menswear retail (custom or MTM experience highly preferred).
• A natural ability to connect with clients and build lasting relationships.
• Solid comfort with technology (POS systems, CRM software, social media, etc.).
• A good eye for style and fit.
• Punctuality, professionalism, and a strong sense of initiative.
• Willingness to support social media and light content creation.
• Bonus: Tailoring or alterations knowledge is a strong asset. Ability to assist our head tailor with alterations during non-peak hours is highly desirable.
