Job summary

Life Time is seeking a dedicated Facility Ops Team Member for our Mississauga club. You will keep the facility clean, stock supplies and ensure presentation meets Life Time standards while delivering friendly customer service.

Key duties include maintaining indoor and outdoor cleanliness, stocking towels, managing locker rooms, and assisting members with inquiries. This is a full-time role with benefits and an hourly wage starting at 17.60 CAD, up to 20.50 CAD depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs as part of daily tasks.
• Must be able to stand and move around the club for extended periods.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Maintains indoor and outdoor club cleanliness and safety by performing daily maintenance tasks.
• Washes, folds, and stocks member towels and ensures the locker rooms are neat and orderly.
• Ensures proper use of locker room consumables and cleaning products per department budget.
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• Ensures the usage of locker room consumables, cleaning products, and chemicals follow the amount prearranged by the department budget
• Responds to member inquiries regarding Life Time products, services, policies and procedures

Position Requirements

• Ability to routinely bend to raise more than 20 lbs.
• Ability to work in a stationery position and move about the club for prolonged periods of time

Preferred Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Pay

This is an hourly position with wages starting at $17.60 and pays up to $20.50, based on experience and qualifications.
