What You’ll Be Doing :

• Greeting everyone who walks through our doors with energy and enthusiasm
• Presenting the OTF concept to new guests and guiding them through their first workout
• Building relationships with members and ensuring they have an amazing experience
• Selling memberships and helping the studio thrive
• Responsible for member retention through proactive member care phone calls
• Engaging with our community both in-studio and online (social media experience is a plus!)
• Assisting with front desk operations, phone calls, and member inquiries
• Keeping the studio clean, organized, and welcoming
• Collaborating with our coaching team to create an outstanding member experience
