MEMBER RETENTION REPRESENTATIVE OVERVIEW:

The Membership Department is looking for positive, welcoming individuals who are energetic and motivated by working in a team environment and building relationships to join our team.

CAA Niagara is looking for a full-time Member Retention Representative (MRR) to join our team.

Reporting to the Membership department, the Retention Representative is a brand ambassador, through and through. They are a key relationship builder with new, current, and past members. Focused on interactions via telephone, the MRR is an expert on our products and services. The MRR excels at building relationships with our members and ensuring they receive the best in customer service.

The MRR is responsible for providing information to our members regarding membership renewals, the benefits of being a CAA Niagara member, and member account information.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Education: High School Diploma
  • Skills: You must have strong computer literacy and thrive working under pressure. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, and adaptable to change.
  • Characteristics: You are self-motivated and have a passion for continuous learning. You have a strong member-centric approach to customer service.
  • Location: As a Member Retention Representative you must have the ability to work at any one of our five locations: Grimsby, St. Catharines, Welland, Niagara Falls and Thorold.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Being an AMBASSADOR for CAA Niagara
  • Greeting members via telephone regarding membership renewals, welcome calls, processing changes to accounts, and ensuring continuous active status of memberships.
  • Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with our members.
  • Providing information to members on membership services, including but not limited to joining and renewing memberships, savings partners, and benefits of being a CAA Niagara Member.
