Job summary

The Art Gallery of Hamilton is seeking a Coordinator, Membership and Development to join the Development team on a full-time basis. The role focuses on growing membership, supporting fundraising initiatives, and maintaining donor records.

You will administer the membership program, handle renewals and inquiries, coordinate communications, and assist with sponsorship, grants and events. Strong written and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with CRM databases are essential;

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in membership services or fundraising.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage AGH membership program including acquisitions, renewals, upgrades.
• Support fundraising, sponsorship, grants, and events.
• Maintain accurate donor, member, sponsor, and grant records.
• Coordinate member communications and tax receipts.
• Provide admin support to Development team.
