Job Purpose

As a Member Service Representative at Coast Capital, you will be the friendly face of our branch, balancing advice and service while proactively listening to members and identifying opportunities to deepen relationships. Your role involves providing support and financial advice to help members build a better future. This position is part-time, with a minimum of 15 hours per week, up to 30 hours depending on staffing needs.

Accountabilities

  • Build relationships and deliver outstanding member experiences by meeting initial needs and identifying future opportunities through conversations and advice.
  • Educate members on digital banking channels to enhance their experience.

  • Monitor for counterfeit money or illegal transactions as the first line of defense.
