Job summary

Autism Services in Canada is seeking two part-time Member Service Representatives to support branches in Emerald Park, Montmartre and Vibank. You will be the first point of contact for members and provide everyday banking services.

Hours are flexible and approximately two days per week, typically Monday to Friday. You will learn branch tasks from opening accounts to wire transfers and will refer members to Financial Advisors to strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Providing members with day-to-day banking services such as bill payments, deposits, withdrawals and much more
• Proactively identifying and responding to members needs to improve their financial well-being
• Learning additional aspects of branch actions from opening accounts and wire transfers, to completing simple credit card applications to help fill in any gaps on a day-to-day basis
• Referring members to Financial Advisors to further develop and strengthen relationships

We're looking for two motivated team-players who are member-service ambassadors to come on board as a permanent part-time and temporary part-time Member Service Representative supporting branches in Emerald Park, Montmartre and Vibank locations. As the first point of contact for members, you will provide everyday banking services and products to meet members immediate needs.

As a part-time Member Service Representative, your hours would fluctuate as they are based on business needs and cannot be guaranteed, however would be approximately two days per week. Our service centers operate from Monday to Friday.
