Job summary

Bulkley Valley Credit Union in Smithers, BC is seeking a member service representative to process routine cash and non-cash transactions and respond to member requests across phone, email and digital channels.

You will build relationships, provide trusted financial guidance, analyze member needs to match products, and promote credit union services while coordinating with colleagues as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum a high school diploma.
• 1–2 years of post-secondary education in business preferred.
• Experience in cash handling or cash-related roles considered beneficial.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of a high school diploma, one to two years of post-secondary education in the business discipline would be preferred. An individual with a combination of education and/or experience, preferably with cash experience, will also be considered.. You should be adaptable, organized and have the ability to prioritize and thrive in an environment of ongoing change.
