Crunch Fitness Canada is seeking a dynamic Member Services Representative to create a welcoming, high-energy environment for members and guests in Vaughan. You will drive member engagement, handle inquiries, and support sales goals while delivering exceptional service.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in a service role, strong communication skills, and CPR/AED certification (or the ability to obtain within 30 days). A background check is required prior to starting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a service-oriented role.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days).
• Criminal background check required prior to starting employment.

Responsibilities

• Proactively attract new business through member referrals, corporate lead generation, territory outreach, and telephone inquiries, ensuring follow-up on sales leads.
• Exceed personal sales goals by using effective sales techniques and strategies.
• Provide excellent customer service while managing member accounts and booking Crunch One Kick Offs.
• Greet members and guests with enthusiasm and maintain a welcoming environment.
• Communicate events, programs and schedules to members and guests.
• Maintain a clean facility and promptly address member requests and issues.
• Handle calls professionally and make outbound calls for trials and leads.
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold Crunch core values in all interactions.

• Effectively communicate special events, club services, programs, and schedules to members and guests.
• Serve as an expert on all aspects of club facilities, services, and operational hours.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a service-oriented position, preferably in a similar industry.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to exceeding expectations.
• CPR/AED certification required (can be obtained within 30 days of hire).
• A basic criminal background check will be required to be completed prior to starting your employment with Crunch. This is to ensure a safe and secure environment for all employees and members.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
• Prolonged standing and walking required for daily duties.
