Job summary

Crunch Fitness Canada in London, ON is seeking a part-time Member Services Associate. You will greet members and guests, assist with memberships and retail sales, and promote tanning, group fitness, and childcare perks.

Responsibilities include checking in members, answering phones, and handling opening and closing duties. A friendly, professional demeanor and strong customer service are essential for success in this role.

Hours & Availability

This is a part-time position with minimal hours to start, approximately 4–8 hours per week.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable working a limited schedule at this time and can provide reliable and consistent availability for their assigned shifts.

There will be opportunities for additional hours based on individual performance, reliability, availability, and the needs of the club. Additional hours are not guaranteed and will be earned based on demonstrated performance in the role.
