Job summary

FirstOntario Credit Union is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide prompt, efficient transactional sales and service to members by phone, with a focus on anticipating needs and guiding to the right solutions.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and compliant operations, with a hybrid work arrangement and a strong benefits package including health, wellness programs, and professional development support.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of office, credit union or bank cash experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient transactional sales and service to members over the phone.
• Proactively assist members to ensure needs are met and refer to other staff when appropriate.
• Perform sales, service and operational accountabilities professionally and efficiently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Provide prompt, efficient and courteous transactional sales and service to members over the phone. Proactively assist members to ensure that their needs have been met and refer to other staff, as appropriate. Professionally and efficiently perform sales, service, and operational accountabilities as outlined below.
