Job summary

FirstOntario Credit Union Limited is seeking a dedicated representative to provide prompt, courteous transactional sales and service to members over the phone. You will proactively assist members to ensure their needs are met and refer to other staff as appropriate, while performing sales, service, and operational accountabilities.

The role requires Grade 12 or equivalent and at least 3 years of office or banking/cash handling experience, with a hybrid work environment offered by FirstOntario.

• Provide prompt, efficient and courteous transactional sales and service to members over the phone.
• Proactively assist members to ensure needs are met and refer to other staff as appropriate.
• Experience in banking or credit union cash handling is preferred.
