As a Member Service Advisor I, you will be the first point of contact for members as they visit our branch. You will assist our members with their day-to-day banking transactions and help them meet their financial goals by referring them to other NLCU employees on specialized lending/investment products.

Having previous financial service experience is a bonus, but not essential. More importantly, you believe that people’s lives are made better when they achieve financial success – however they define that success.
