Job summary

Integris, a division of Coastal Community Credit Union, invites applicants for future openings in our Member Experience Centre as a Member Relationship Representative (MRR). This remote role prefers presence in Prince George area and offers a path to training for strong potential candidates.

MRRs serve as first impressions, delivering stellar service while assisting with deposits and basic investments. The role requires an open schedule Monday to Saturday and a focus on customer relationships,

We're a financial services co-operative with expansive reach across North Central BC, Vancouver Island, and the Gulf Islands, and we’ve got an exciting opportunity for you. Integris, a division of Coastal Community Credit, is collecting general applications for future openings in our Member Experience Centre as a Member Relationship Representative. We are seeking an experienced candidate; however, we remain open to training the right candidate who demonstrates strong potential but does not yet meet all requirements. This is a remote role where physical presence in Prince George and surrounding area is preferred.

What’s the role?

MRR's are often the first impression of Integris for our members that reach out via phone, text, or website. For these reasons, the MRR position is incredibly important to Integris’ success. It’s not just about handling the money and finances of our members; it’s about doing so while providing stellar service – the Integris Experience. Our MRR's are highly organized, personable, and patient. Those qualities, as well as being expedient, accurate, and friendly, are basic characteristics required for success in the MRR role.

This full-time position requires an open schedule from Monday to Saturday.

Your duties will include:

• Deliver exceptional member service by addressing inquiries, completing routine non-cash transactions, and resolving member issues independently or through appropriate referrals.
• Provide accurate information on credit union products and services, including deposit accounts, internet banking, and basic investments, while identifying referral opportunities to other departments.
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support branch operations, such as processing reports, maintaining member accounts, and assisting with post-dated term renewals.
• Foster strong member relationships by understanding their individual needs and providing personalized assistance and guidance.
• Contribute as a proactive team member, supporting colleagues and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
• Other duties as assigned.

What are we looking for?

Ideally, you are a flexible, collaborative team player with:

• Advanced knowledge of credit union banking systems and core applications such as T24, Verafin, Central1, and Signority.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online/mobile banking processes, email money transfers, and ATM transactions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively and build positive member relationships.
• Strong understanding of credit union products, including specialty investments (e.g., RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs), and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance member experiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
