Servus Credit Union Ltd. in Alberta is hiring full-time Universal Financial Associates & Financial Advisors to join our Member Contact Centre. The role requires residing in Alberta and offers flexible shifts.

You'll help members with their financial needs via calls, emails, chat, and video, building trust and delivering customized financial solutions. Reporting to the Team Lead, you will focus on meeting daily sales targets, expanding deposits, loans, and memberships, while maintaining

Qualifications

2 years of successful sales experience with measured targets, preferably in customer service or retail banking.
High school diploma required; post-secondary education in Finance is valuable.
Call centre experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed daily sales targets by building rapport with members on every applicable call.
Proactively pursue sales opportunities through inbound member conversations.
Answer member inquiries and provide exceptional service via calls, emails, chat, SMS, video.
Demonstrate strong sales techniques, negotiation, and professional telephone manners.
Deliver consistent member experience by adhering to standards and guidelines.
Assist members with online and mobile banking questions and security tasks.
Participate in campaigns while following call quality standards.
