Servus Credit Union is hiring for full-time Universal Financial Associates and Financial Advisors to join our Member Contact Centre in Alberta. The role requires you to build long-term relationships with members and provide customized financial solutions, with flexible shifts across 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of successful sales experience with measured targets.
• Preferably in customer service or retail banking.
• High school diploma required.
• Call centre experience and finance post-secondary education are assets.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed daily sales targets by building rapport and identifying member needs on calls.
• Cross-sell loans, deposits, memberships, and chequing opportunities.
• Provide exceptional member service via inbound calls, emails, chat, SMS and video calls.
• Demonstrate professional selling techniques and close deals while maintaining service standards.
• Deliver a consistently great member experience by following guidelines and standards.
• Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities to match members with products.
