The Opportunity

Are you passionate about delivering outstanding service, organizing impactful events, and making a difference for members and employers? We’re seeking a Member & Employer Relations Coordinator to join our Pension Administration team!

This role involves supporting engagement through event coordination, customer service, and administrative support. Ideal candidates are organized, tech-savvy, and thrive in dynamic environments where attention to detail and people skills are essential.

Your key activities will include:
  • Coordinate logistics for educational sessions, including setup, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Prepare and distribute materials for members and employers.
  • Support development of educational resources using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, and Slack.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries related to sessions.
  • Assist in planning and executing virtual and on-site events.
  • Gather and summarize data from evaluations and surveys.
  • Provide general administrative support as needed.
What you’ll bring to the role
  • Completion of a Business or Office Administration program or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years in customer service, office administration, or event coordination, preferably in financial services.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Experience coordinating large-scale events, virtual and in-person.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with virtual platforms and tools like Slack and Canva is a plus.

Salary Range: $51,100 - $71,500
