Position Summary

The Membership Concierge I delivers the highest quality customer service to all members and guests. As the first point of contact, you play a crucial role in ensuring everyone who visits Life Time feels welcomed and valued. In this role, you will enjoy a fun and healthy work environment while building value-based relationships that increase member loyalty and help them meet their healthy lifestyle goals.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Operate as the first point of contact for members and guests.
  2. Receive and facilitate incoming phone calls from members and guests.
  3. Maintain updated knowledge of club programming, events, pricing, and policies to appropriately educate members and guests.
  4. Exemplify a hospitality mindset to build relationships, creating extraordinary experiences.
  5. Assist members with transactions and general account changes.
Position Requirements
  1. Minimum of 6 months service/reception experience.
  2. Complete Concierge Certification upon hire.
  3. Must work at least 15 hours per week.
  4. Commitment to serve others.
  5. Effective communication skills.
  6. Passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
  7. Ability to multi-task and deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Good verbal communication skills.
  9. Ability to stand for 4 hours at a time.
Preferred Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
