- Salary scale 005: $82,600 to $103,200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)
What’s involved in this role:
- Capital management, including calculation of patronage dividends, redemptions and reimbursements, and preparation of monthly reports
- Support to the Board of Directors, General Management, and the Cooperation team on all matters related to the member registry, capital, and milk payroll
- In collaboration with IT, maintenance and development of systems related to the member registry, capital, and milk payroll
- Supervision and approval of member payroll
- Verification and approval of accounting entries in SAP, transfers and conversions during the RRSP campaign, and communication with Trusts
- Project management impacting the member registry, capital, or milk payroll
- Participation in committees and coordination meetings on regulations, policies, and forms
- Coordination of the RRSP campaign
- Issuance and management of tax slips
- Other administrative tasks (meetings, follow-ups, etc.)
What you need to join our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, business administration, or a related field (a college diploma with relevant experience may also be considered)
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Ability to navigate a highly regulated environment and ensure procedural compliance
- Capacity to manage diverse tasks and follow through effectively
- Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written, to collaborate with partners across the organization
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good knowledge of an ERP system (preferably SAP)
