  • Salary scale 005: $82,600 to $103,200 (Base salary will be determined based on your academic background, experience, training, and job-related skills.)

What’s involved in this role:

  • Capital management, including calculation of patronage dividends, redemptions and reimbursements, and preparation of monthly reports
  • Support to the Board of Directors, General Management, and the Cooperation team on all matters related to the member registry, capital, and milk payroll
  • In collaboration with IT, maintenance and development of systems related to the member registry, capital, and milk payroll
  • Supervision and approval of member payroll
  • Verification and approval of accounting entries in SAP, transfers and conversions during the RRSP campaign, and communication with Trusts
  • Project management impacting the member registry, capital, or milk payroll
  • Participation in committees and coordination meetings on regulations, policies, and forms
  • Coordination of the RRSP campaign
  • Issuance and management of tax slips
  • Other administrative tasks (meetings, follow-ups, etc.)

What you need to join our team:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, business administration, or a related field (a college diploma with relevant experience may also be considered)
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Ability to navigate a highly regulated environment and ensure procedural compliance
  • Capacity to manage diverse tasks and follow through effectively
  • Bilingualism (French and English), spoken and written, to collaborate with partners across the organization
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and good knowledge of an ERP system (preferably SAP)
