This range is provided by Island Savings, a division of First West Credit Union. Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $43,000.00/yr - $48,700.00/yr

Job Description

We are seeking a Member Advisor to provide front-line member service, manage member needs, and foster positive financial relationships. Responsibilities include asking thoughtful questions, promoting digital channels, processing transactions, achieving sales targets, supporting branch goals, and participating in team activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Member Service: Triage member questions via digital channels and MAC; build relationships; identify member life stage and provide financial advice or referrals.
  2. Member Transactions: Process transactions like account openings, card services, deposits; promote digital banking; meet sales/referral targets.
  3. Branch Goals: Support branch objectives by promoting products/services, participating in campaigns, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  4. Other Responsibilities: Stay informed on industry/regulations, participate in process improvements, and ensure excellent service levels.
  5. Team Support: Collaborate with team members, foster a positive environment, mentor others, and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma required; college/trade diploma preferred.
  • Completion of FW Sales Essentials Course within 6 months.
  • 2 years retail/customer service experience required.
  • Ability to identify needs and recommend products, build relationships, and work positively in a busy environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of risk policies.
