As a Meetings & Events (M&E) Executive, you’ll make a significant impact on the business. We encourage you to bring your dynamic personality to work every day. Prepare for a busy and rewarding role!

Ideal M&E Executive:

  • Be yourself!
  • Produce proposals for all M&E enquiries in line with customer requests
  • Develop strong client relationships to increase enquiries and business opportunities
  • Gather feedback from clients to encourage repeat business
  • Produce contracts and issue invoices to customers
  • Have a genuine passion for hospitality and delivering first-class customer service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process all incoming Meeting & Events enquiries promptly and in line with company timelines
  • Produce detailed proposals aligned with event specifications
  • Increase enquiry conversion by developing client relationships and maximizing sales leads
  • Use the demand calendar and pricing structure when quoting
  • Liaise with the M&E Enquiry Team Manager and Proactive Sales for high-value enquiries
  • Arrange and conduct site inspections professionally and efficiently, meeting client requirements
  • Produce, issue, and follow up on event contracts
  • Work with the M&E Enquiry Team Manager to meet revenue targets
  • Update Sales & Catering / Opera with accurate event details to ensure revenue is correctly recorded
  • Arrange and conduct final details meetings with organizers prior to events
  • Prepare function sheets with all necessary details
  • Gather rooming list details and requirements
  • Arrange post-event debriefs to discuss future bookings and collect feedback
  • Identify and chase new sales leads with guidance from the Sales Manager
  • Stay informed about competitor facilities and offerings
