What will your typical day look like?

As a Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Coordinate meeting room requests received in the system.
  • Coordinate meetings and training sessions.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders for room set-ups, meal orders, catering services, etc.
  • Manage client expectations and explain the process within this client-facing role.
  • Participate in various meetings with different stakeholders to finalize the organization of these meetings.
  • Complete invoice and billing requirements.
  • Coordinate with other team members as required.
  • Assist with reception duties.
About the team

The members of the Workplace services team possess a practical body of knowledge that is applied in the delivery of office support. The Workplace Services role draws upon knowledge of the specific function discipline and the organization's business practices, to provide services to ensure the safe, efficient, and effective operation of the organization.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you

You are someone who is/has:

  • 4 - 6 years of work experience in administration, customer service, hospitality, or in a facilities environment.
  • Experience in coordinating and organizing various meetings and events.
  • Team player, positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in hospitality food and beverage would be an asset.
  • Ability to establish credibility and collaborate with all Deloitte Canada staff.
  • Client service experience essential, strong negotiation skills and ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Essential qualities: attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • First Aid, Pro-Serve, and Food Safety Certification would be an asset.
  • Availability for occasional overtime.
  • Ability to lift 40lbs.
  • Able to work onsite in-office Monday – Friday.
Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $47,000 - $78,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
