Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical equipment manufacturing, ideally 1–5 years in MV switchgear assembly.
• Ability to read technical drawings and BOMs.
• Proficient with hand tools and wiring tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Teamwork and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and install project components from drawings and specs.
• Work from approved drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
• Verify materials against drawings/BOMs before installation.
• Deliver workmanship that meets quality standards and report discrepancies.
• Consult supervisor when design details or quality requirements need clarification.
• Organize, store, and handle project materials to maintain traceability.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all technical, quality, and safety instructions from leads.
• Assist with QA inspections, testing, documentation, and recordkeeping.
• Interact professionally with Sabre personnel, clients, and suppliers.
• Comply with Sabre’s QMS and HSE policies, processes, and procedures.

What Do Medium Voltage Assemblers Do?

• Fabricate, assemble, and install project components using design drawings, BOMs, client specs, and industry best practices.
• Work from the latest approved drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.

• Deliver workmanship that meets established quality standards and report any discrepancies or non‑conformances.
• Consult your supervisor whenever design details or quality requirements need clarification.
