Base pay will be determined by skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefits-eligible but may participate in the company's 401(k) plan.

Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to cover naturalization (Form N-400) application fees up to $725 for qualified associates with at least one year of service.

  • Based on state regulations and certification, Medication Aides/Techs will administer or assist with medication and treatments as prescribed, observing and reporting responses.
  • Certified Medication Aides/Techs ensure the medication supply room is organized, assist with medication cart audits, and coordinate with pharmacies for medication delivery.
  • Completion of required training/certification is necessary based on state regulation.
