Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.

• Operate and adjust medical equipment.
• Monitor vital signs and report adverse reactions.
• Collaborate on discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and post-care.
• Maintain accurate patient records.
• Follow nursing standards and protocols.
• Work closely with physicians and healthcare teams.
