For a limited time, MaineHealth is offering up to a $2,000 Sign-on Bonus for all eligible Medical Secretaries!
Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full or Part-time Medical Secretary position.
Bonus amount is prorated for Part-time hires; Per diem hires are ineligible.
Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth members are ineligible until greater than 6 months of separation from employment.

This is a full-time, 40 hours per week position.

MaineHealth Primary Care - Family Medicine - Maine St - Brunswick | MaineHealth has an immediate need for a Patient Service Representative/Medical Secretary to join our care team. The Patient Service Representative/Medical Secretary is responsible for providing administrative and office support for the providers in a multi-physician practice.

Minimum Qualifications
  1. Education: High School diploma or GED preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: At least one year of related experience required. Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  4. Additional Skills/Requirements: N/A
