NHS Ayrshire & Arran is looking for a part-time Administrator for the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit. This role requires someone with an HNC in Secretarial Studies and a solid understanding of office procedures. As part of the team, you'll provide essential administrative support, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail while managing patient communications.

This post is part-time and the shift pattern is worked Thursday and Friday.

A permanent part-time position has arisen within the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit based at the QEUH service for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual, who has the desire to develop on a personal and professional basis, and who will deliver a quality secretarial service. You will have an HNC or SVQ 111 in Secretarial Studies / Business Administration. You should have a sound knowledge of office procedures, the ability to work accurately under pressure, have attention to detail and work co-operatively within a team.
