Position Overview:

We aim to bridge the gap between beauty and eye health. We prioritize eye safety and are seeking the support of optometrists to help us make that possible.

We’re seeking a motivated and results-oriented Medical Sales Representative in the field of Optometry who can drive the growth of our brand by establishing and nurturing relationships with optometrists. As a key member of our startup team, you will have the chance to significantly impact the business’s trajectory, with the potential for growth as we expand.

What you will be doing:

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Build and execute a sales plan for your assigned territory, focusing on driving sales and creating long-term relationships with optometrists.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Establish strong, lasting relationships with optometrists, providing them with the tools and knowledge to enhance their practices.
  • Product Education & Training: Educate clients on the features, benefits, and applications of our beauty products, ensuring they have the knowledge to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and competitor products, using insights to refine sales strategies and better meet the needs of clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, account status, and market feedback to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in medical sales, bonus points if it's within the optometry or ophthalmic sectors.
  • Knowledge: Solid understanding of the medical or optometry field.
  • Sales Skills: Proven success in a sales environment, with strong abilities in prospecting, relationship-building, and closing deals.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently in a startup environment, managing your own schedule and making decisions that drive sales growth.
