In this medical sales role, you are based SW Ontario and responsible to manage and grow business throughout the SW region including London, Windsor, Hamilton, Niagara etc. You will achieve sales quotas and develop the Pre-Hospital (EMS) customer base selling capital equipment products and software solutions to EMS, Paramedic, and Ambulance services, Fire Department, Air safety, and Municipal agencies.

  • Achieve hardware and disposable sales quotas and maintain short range and long-term business plans for developing sales in your territory.
  • Uncover new business opportunities, develop and keep up to date a strong pipeline of potential leads and sales to meet territory sales expectations.
  • Grow business by gaining competitive share in assigned territory.
  • Provide in-service education sessions to customers.
  • Ensure proper technical scope review has been conducted prior to sale.
  • Maintain organized account records and customer profiles in Salesforce.
  • Provide weekly expense reports, monthly / quarterly forecasts, and regular activity reporting.
  • Maintain and track all demo and evaluation equipment inventory, and document usage in Salesforce.

Qualified candidates possess a university degree with minimum of 2 years medically related sales and territory management experience. Preference will be given to candidates that have exceled selling capital equipment and possess a clinical aptitude to learn technical product knowledge. This role is best suited for a strategic seller and a sales hunter who is driven to uncover and develop new sales opportunities and wants to be well compensated with an uncapped commission plan. Compensation includes a salary of $60K plus a lucrative and uncapped commission plan with total income of $250K at plan, car allowance and gas, company health benefits, travel expenses, and all the perks.
