Key responsibilities

  1. Promote and sell CardioScan’s cardiac monitoring solutions using our sales methodology and strategic marketing framework
  2. Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities across various healthcare market segments
  3. Build awareness of our solutions among cardiologists, neurologists, general practitioners, and key decision-makers
  4. Communicate service features and clinical benefits clearly and effectively in Bahasa Indonesia
  5. Plan and lead impactful marketing initiatives, including RTDs, webinars, and clinical training sessions
  6. Stay current with CardioScan’s services and maintain strong clinical knowledge of cardiac monitoring
  7. Ensure full territory coverage through effective scheduling of customer visits and engagement activities
  8. Build and nurture relationships with KOLs, doctors, pharmacists, and influencers in the healthcare ecosystem
  9. Lead, coach, and align a growing sales team through regular planning, bi-weekly meetings, and timely reporting
  10. Monitor competitor activity and market dynamics, and provide feedback to guide local strategy

Key Skills & attributes

  • Fluent in written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia; comprehension of English (spoken and written) is required; fluency is an advantage
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Docs, Slides, etc.)
  • Confident using video conferencing platforms (Zoom, MS Teams)
  • Familiar with navigating the Jabodetabek area using public or private transport
  • Driven, proactive, and eager to develop personally and professionally
  • Collaborative, open to feedback, and values teamwork
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and translate into actionable strategies
  • Ability to lead and coordinate team sales efforts and ensure consistent performance across the area

Requirements

  • Minimum D3 diploma in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Nursing, Science, Engineering, or Business
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least some in the medical or pharmaceutical field
  • Experience managing a sales team and coordinating team activities
  • Strong background in cardiovascular-related sales is preferred
  • Existing networks with medical associations and / or government bodies is an advantage
  • Indonesian citizen (Warga Negara Indonesia)
  • Valid SIM A or SIM C
  • Strong record of past sales achievements and strategic account management
  • Confident in field-based sales, product presentations, and stakeholder engagement
  • Basic understanding of human anatomy and cardiovascular function
