Insight Global is seeking a Medical Receptionist for a growing Medical Aesthetics Spa in the St. Cathartines area, dedicated to providing exceptional skincare treatments and services. We are looking for a friendly and customer service-oriented Medical Receptionist to join the team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Appointment Management : Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Client Communication : Follow up with new leads from the contact page, answer general client questions, and ensure clients complete necessary forms.
• Client Check-In / Out : Check clients in, take Before & After photos, and process payments using electronic medical records and credit card payment systems.
• Customer Service : Promote skincare products, provide general customer service, and encourage clients to leave Google reviews.
• Social Media Management : Create and post promotional content on Instagram and Facebook.
• Clinic Maintenance : Stock clinic supplies, clean the clinic at the end of each shift, and manage inventory.
• Flexibility : Work a minimum of 6 hours per day (9 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday) with occasional Saturdays and extended hours based on client bookings.

Qualifications :

• Customer Service Skills, comfortable talking on the phone.
• Interest in Medical Aesthetics : Willingness to learn about skincare products and treatments.
• Organizational Skills : Ability to manage bookings, inventory, and clinic supplies efficiently.
• Social Media Savvy : Creative and proficient in using Instagram and Facebook for promotional purposes.
• Flexibility : Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and Saturdays.
