Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Receptionist at NewLife Fertility Centre, located in Mississauga, and other locations. ON. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette, and performing general receptionist duties. Responsibilities also include greeting and checking in patients, managing medical records, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the medical office.

  • Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette skills
  • Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing a Medical Office
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in office management software and medical record systems
