Job summary

Mississippi River Health Alliance is seeking a Radiology CT Technologist for a temporary 12-month position in Ontario. The successful candidate will perform diagnostic CT procedures with judgment and ensure safe, high-quality patient care within the CMRITO scope of practice.

Applicants must have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Medical Radiation Technology, CT 1–3 courses, IV training, and be registered with CMRITO; hospital CT experience and ability to work with minimal supervision are

• CT courses 1,2 and 3.
• Speciality designation in CT preferred
• IV training course or equivalent
• Must be registered with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologists of Ontario (CMRITO).

• Ability to perform all diagnostic procedures with the skill and judgement to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis.
• Deliver quality patient care safely within the scope of practice defined by CMRITO.
• Must be able to work with minimal supervision during regular hours and no supervision after hours.

Ability toperform all diagnostic procedures with the skill and judgement to applyprescribed ionizing radiation for radiological diagnosis. The ability todeliver quality patient care safely within the scope of practice defined by theCollege of Medical Radiation Technology and Imaging Technologists of Ontario(CMRITO).

Must have theability to work with minimal supervision during regular hours and nosupervision after hours. Must possess the ability to work safely andprofessionally with patients, and other healthcare staff.
