MEDICAL RADIATION TECHNOLOGIST (MRT)
(CASUAL)

One (1) Casual Medical Radiation Technologist (MRT) position is available at Groves Memorial Community Hospital (GMCH). These positions are unionized with OPSEU.

Requirements
  • CMRITO Designation.
  • Membership with CAMRT.
  • OAMRT (asset to have).
  • CT experience is an asset (willing to train).
  • Mammography experience is an asset (willing to train).
  • Demonstrated ability to work responsibly in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated effective communications, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands.
  • Ability to perform the physical requirements of the position.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with many and varied internal and external individuals, groups, and agencies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Other duties as required.
  • Satisfactory performance and attendance required.
  • Satisfactory Reference Checks required prior to start date.
  • Must provide a Police Vulnerable Sector Check.
  • Must complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment prior to being hired.
Hours Of Work
  • Available for all shifts (days, evenings & weekends) as per department schedule.
  • Stand-by/On-call as per department needs.
  • On an as needed basis.

SALARY: $36.84 - $50.24 per hour
