Medical Office Assistant (MOA) – Full-Time, Permanent

  • Schedule : Monday to Friday | Office Hours (40 hours weekly)

Your Role & Responsibilities Exceptional Patient Care

  • Schedule and coordinate clinical visits, ultrasounds, lab tests, and procedures.
  • Obtain vital signs (height, weight, blood pressure) and assist physicians with minor procedures.
  • Provide personalized, one-on-one coordination for fertility treatments, testing, and procedures.

Technical Expertise

  • Efficiently manage patient records and workflows using EMR systems.
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and clear, effective communication skills.

Interpersonal & Team Collaboration

  • Deliver compassionate, top-tier customer service to patients and their families.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment while also excelling independently.
  • Communicate fluently in English (written & verbal).

What You Bring to the Team

Education & Certification

  • Medical Office Assistant diploma or certificate from a recognized post-secondary institution (preferred).

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a Medical Office Assistant role or similar healthcare setting.
