Summary:
Our client in the healthcare services space has an immediate need for a junior accounting clerk with strong administrative and reception skills for a 4+ month contract

Duties:
  • Preparing, coding and entering invoices for payment.
  • Produce reports, letters, memos and email.
  • Filing and maintain filing system for all relevant files.
  • Administrative support to HSS Manager and Service Coordinators
  • Provide daily back-up and coverage for reception andfront desk
Qualifications:
  • Community College Diploma in Businessor Office Administration, Medical Administration or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in the medical or healthcare office is preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of general office procedures.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong technology skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook are required
