A leading healthcare solutions provider in Canada is seeking a Medical Office Assistant for their team. This role involves delivering exceptional customer service to executive patients, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring efficient operations within the clinic. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and experience in customer service, with essential bilingual skills in English and French. This position offers a competitive salary and additional benefits.
Location : 600 De Maisonneuve Boulevard West, Montreal H3A 3J2 (100% on-site)
Status : Permanent, full-time (37.5 hours / week)
Schedule : Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (according to operational needs)
