Job description

SUMMARY:
We are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our Brampton clinic. Responsibilities will include the overall operation of the clinic. Through excellent organizational skills and a customer focus attitude, the Office Administrator ensures that the clients are serviced well, the schedules of team members are maximized, and the operational standards are maintained.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must be Canadian certified to administer Intra-Muscular vaccines.
  • Must be good at organizing duties to be most efficient and accurate. Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Must be able to multitask in a busy office environment.
  • Must have a strong work ethic and communication skills. Punctual and on time to work.
  • Must have a strong command of the English language with the ability to speak clearly, understand and write accurately.
  • Must be proficient with MS Office as well as using telephones, Windows 10, scanners, faxes and printers.

RESPONSIBILITIES: (not limited to the following)

  • Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments.
  • Filing documents received electronically (faxes and emails).
  • Administering vaccines and taking vitals.
  • Checking in and triaging patients.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

  • Windows 10 and 11
  • Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Oscar EMR

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: Enhanced Covid protocols in place.
